~It's FRIDAY! Not only that, but it's payday AND the last day before Fall Break! YIPPEE!!!
~ Texas A&M is now part of the SEC. If someone could explain to me how Tx. is even considered to be in the southeast, I'd appreciate it. Maybe they're allowed in because College Station could be considered to be in the SE part of the state? My Aggie blood runs pure & true (my daddy, uncles, cousins, BIL are all alum), but I have a hard team considering Tx. in the South. (Hope my aunt isn't reading this, 'cause I think she'd disown me with that statement!) Welcome to the SEC, Aggies.
~Wednesday night, MS called and asked if he could bring 4 friends to dinner. I had just gotten home from the grocery store with the ingredients for spaghetti. After that call, I went back to the store and got more. College kids are so funny: they all thanked me and said it was delicious. Guess they haven't had Prego in a long time, huh?
~ YS is finishing his 1st week of Fall Break. He has one more. And he frequently lets me know that he has more time off than I.
~ Speaking of Fall Break: I'll be taking the week off for some R&R, so I'll catch y'all next week.
~ Got this in an e-mail from one of my sisters and I've been holding onto it for a "special occasion":
