  1. Hmmm...yes. Turn the t.v. off :)
Grab your rosary and start praying when in bed. It puts me to sleep every time ;)
My mil told me that our guardian angel will finish the prayers for us :)

  2. I don't know if it will help, but I know I can't sleep with it on. Well, at least, not a really good sleep.

  3. That's one of the things they recommend for people who have trouble sleeping is to not have a TV in the bedroom, so iot might be a start :)

I know I can't drink caffeine after breakfast any more or I'll have trouble getting to sleep in the evenings.

Sounds like an intriguing movie, I'll have to check it out!

  4. I get a second wind late at night and that keeps me from falling asleep quickly... It seems like I either go to sleep by 9 PM or I'm up until 2 AM... Aghhh...

  5. I like Sherlock, great show! I am really enjoying the Olympics each night. We don't have a TV in the bedroom and use a sound machine. If I can't sleep I end up going into my office and laying on the sofa watching a movie I've seen a million times like The Holiday!!! I can close my eyes and just listen so I usually fall asleep quickly.

  6. I know that you are supposed to turn TV off, but sometimes falling asleep to the TV is comforting. Certain shows...maybe the Olympics?

  7. haha Yes--Turn the TV off, and find some lavendar to get you in the mood.

I think Juan Pablo is nice to look at, but he's otherwise kind of dumb. I especially don't appreciate the way he uses the "our kids are watching" excuse when he doesn't want to kiss someone but discards it when he's in the mood. I'm sure the guys go after the controversial girls because the producers tell them to...
