There seems to be some confusion between my 2 schools as to the actual 100th day of school. One of my schools celebrated the milestone on Monday. The other one is celebrating it today. If you have a youngster, you know how important this day is to a Kindergartner. Yeah, I don't really get it either, but apparently it's a BIG deal.
One of the activities that the students must participate in is some kind of project using 100 objects. The school that is celebrating today had some really creative projects. Here are some pictures:
Obviously the student did this one by himself...or did he?
This one was a bit of a surprise...this is one of my student's project. Nice touch to put the stars on black poster board!
These next 2 are my favorites:
(Love the 3D effect!)
Did you do something cool with your child on his/her 100th day of school in Kindergarten?
* Update on my friend: when she went to the doctor this morning....they heard a heartbeat! It's the power of prayer, ladies! No doubt!
