    The holidays are hard with weight. But remember that moderation is the key. You can't deny yourself everything. And sometimes if you eat a little more it kick starts your metabolism again.

    I cant believe Thanksgiving is next week... my mind is blown we're into the Holidays!!!

  4. I had hoped to get these 5-7 lbs. off before the holidays ... not easy to try to maintain, let alone lose during the holidays. Good luck!

  7. BTW, I love your little notes! It is so hard to say no but you can do it. I know you can. Every time you want to taste something decadent, grab a banana or apple quickly!

  9. I gave up Diet Coke a week ago and am using the "Emotional Freedom Technique" (kind of) to handle the cravings. I don't care if it's not scientifically proven; it's working for me. Hang in there--YOU CAN DO IT!!
